The colour is blond opaque with a big head. The aroma has lot of character with notes of quince and lemon. The flavour is pleasant and very interesting with a nice mix of acidity and sweetness. Very long fruity aftertaste. An original and very interesting beer.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2003 Big frothy head. Aroma has citrus, melon and cinnamon. Hoppy, herbal citric flavor. The alcohol is very well hidden. Long grapefruit finish. Very well made complex and delicious beer. Re-rate: deducted a few points, because the alcohol doiminates a bit too much.

Cloudy golden color. Some hop and malt in the aroma, candi sugar. Pretty sweet, malty, equilibrated in all, a background fruity note (banana...). Palate and hop are just right. Dangerous.

Cloudy and not very pleasant colour, beautiful head with a fantastic lace. Fresh aroma of licorice and lemon. The flavour and the aftertaste are quite sweet and a little bit flat.
