Golden with a big and lasting white head. Malt, grass and alcohol in the aroma. Sweet with a lot of alcohol, and a chardonnay-like fruitiness.

Bottle. [thank you, dedollewaitor]
[at dedollewaitor’s Odense tasting]
Pours golden, with a big, frothy white head. Little floaties in the liquid. Arom is buttery and yeasty with some vinious sweetness. Fine mouthfeel, well creamy. Vinious flavour, quite sweet and good yeastiness. Good brew.

This one came out of the bottle a cloudy beige colour with little head. It reminded me of Chimay white but with less carbonation and more spice. Complex aromas but not over the top in taste. The alcohol was noticeable in taste and effect. It made a pleasant change from the dark Christmas brews I have been trying. It came in an attractive swing-top bottle and cost $8.90 from Rumbles for a 330ml bottle. Worth it for a treat.

Cloudy gold colour, no head. rasin port flavours. I would normally associate these flavours with a dark red style. Very enjoyable.

Bottle from the cave. Aroma is yee haa alcohol, peppery pale malts and notes of maise. Taste is similar very very alcoholic, actually burns going down, grainy and no hop character to be found.

A bit rustic, a blonde with a little barnyard. Complex aroma, warming. Spicy, but there are no additives except candy sugar. Nice.

Draught at Delirium, Brussels. A fresh malt base - pale, firm and pleasant with bready notes - holds well the scintillating rush of bitter herbs, fenugreek, coriander, orange zest and gooseberry.
