Bottle. a cloudy yellow beer. Fruity aroma has notes of peach, yeasty overtones. Blond beer with a lot of alcohol, which dominates the taste.

Geruch sehr malzig süß, alkoholisch, belgische Hefe. Geschmack sehr malzig alkoholisch, fruchtig, würzig

from tap @ delirium. white yellow, no head. nose: malts, citrus (too much), even a bit unfresh, spices. taste: peppery, spices, hint of alcohol. wattery body, bit dry, bitter finish. not immediately what you would expect from a winterbeer. noticing now the alcohol%... 10% feels wasted. not a complex beer to say at the least ...

Hazy golden with massive white head and lots of yeast in the glass (with still a massive deposit in the bottle). Yeast, lemon, light sweet malts, some spices. Taste is mainly sweet with a hint of yeasty bitterness. Medium to full body, lots of alcohol. Decent, but has more alcohol and sweetness than good taste.

Bottle 33cl. Unclear, yellow beer with a good white head. No special aroma, some hops maybe. Also the rate isn’t that special, mainly alcohol (and) sweetness. The bitter tone sticks longest. Normal carbonation. It’s called a Christmas blond, I would define it as a high alcohol triple or maybe even a quadruple.

33cl in a Delirium Noel glass. Pours very pale straw with a white head. Very carbonated and just keeps bubbling. Very fruity in taste - almost like Champagne in both taste and finish - quite dry but very good. Not at all Christmassy though. Glad I tried it.
