| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 9, 2005 (Bottled) Hazy yellow-golden color with a huge, firm and lacy, Duvelish head. Fruity, perfumy and yeasty aroma with berries, some alcohol and toffeeish sugar. Cloying sweet alcohol and toffee flavor with moderate yeastiness and hints of fruit. Medium-bodied, cloying palate with foamy but smooth carbonation. Who the heck has authorized brewing of such a cloying strong ale...? Skinnyviking (4193), Copenhagen, Denmark
