Bottle 33cl, a cloudy yellow beer with huge head medium retention. Nose is typically Caulier like, very yeasty, burnt spices, astringency. Aroma is on dry oranges, the Caulier yeast, straw, but with a pleasant sweet malt background, more interesting and drinkable than the other ones.

Idiosynkrasie (1844) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 9, 2012
330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with small collapsing white head. Fruity aroma has notes of peach, apricot, yeasty overtones, a strong alcoholic note. Taste is fruity, way too sweet, strong alcoholic note.
