Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma isdry, flower, yeast. Flavour is sweet, dry, flower, yeast, herbs, spices. Strange, but exciting beer.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy light orange beer with a quick diminishing white head. The nose is of soy sauce, aniseed, burnt plastic and lemon with a hint of tomato. Fruity taste with a hint of burnt plastic. Poor lacework. Pleasant bite just before the finish which is dry with hints of yeast. Better than the ambrée.....!

Very slightly hazy gold with a large white head. Leathery yeast aroma with alcohol and indeterminate fruit. Taste is sweet, warming and very alcoholic. A little dryness. Perhaps a bit too fizzy, but otherwise this is a lovely approachable beer that has a friendly, rough artisanale edge.

75 cl bottle - shared with gunnfryd and yngwie in Korshavn. Thank you, yngwie. Golden color, moderate fuzzy white head. Aroma is belgian yeast, citrus and fruit. Flavor is fruity, sweet and a bitter finish. High carbonation.
