@ La Ferme du Joli Bois :: Triple bien dans la tradition -- Blonde aux reflets cuivrés avec un col épais persistant. NEZ: fort relents de levure, de candi fruité avec un houblon terreux. MALTS: cara + pilsen fort doux livrent des saveurs trop caramélisées avec de la coriandre pesant sur les papilles. Par contre, l’apport de cette levure aigre-douce (fait penser au Galanga), ajoute une petite aigreur en fin de bouche qui donne beaucoup d’équilibre à la dégustation assez sèche en fin de compte.

DWF; Bottle Belgian with flip top., drunk at Ambolten. Pours large, hazy straw with a frothy creamy, lasting and lacing white head. Nose is moderate to heavy, yeast, light fruit, yeast, moderate citric and spice. Taste is moderate sweet and bitter with a lasting finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

En el paladar, destaca por un sabor a malta agradable y picante. El nombre viene de la aldea Bon Secours Bonsecours, donde la historia de la fábrica de cerveza se inició en 1933 con Charles Caulier

Taster @ Salon de la Bière, Arras - FR - Color: hazy blond beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: fruity and malt domination. Caramel notes. Very nice beer. Taste: medium body, good caramel and sweet malt. Notes of toffee and butter. Very great beer. Quiet easy drinkable. I recommend it. Aftertaste: toffee and candied fruits. Very nice, malt and yeast finish.
