harrisoni (5359), Ashford, Kent, England Sep 20, 2008 Bottle from Dranken Geers. Cloudy red/brown/gold, thick creamy pink head. Lovely raspberry ripple ice cream aroma. Some decent fruit. Very creamy. But also a bit watery on end too. Not my favourite beer. Alcohol is a bit obvious. Fruit is a bit creamy, some sourness on end. Not great. Borresteijn (584), Amstelveen, Netherlands Aug 19, 2008 On tap. I had to get used to this one. It’s an out of the ordinary fruitbeer. Cloudy pink colour, pink head. Aroma of raspberries. Flavour is sweet at first, raspberries and sugar, but becomes dry and bitter very fast, with a bit tart. Bitterness lasts. sebletitje (372), Tampa, Florida, USA Aug 10, 2008 33cl bottle.
Color is apricot/rosée with a light pink head.
Aroma filled with raspberries, sugary and floral / malt.
Taste is again of raspeberries with notes of hops and wheat. At first, it is filled with raspberry juice followed by grains/ wheat presence.
Carbonation giveth eber a good fizzy form. Not a bad beer, and it is nice to see that they are using actual juice insted of extract.
