Clear amber to red orange beer, irregular beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: caramel, chocolate, bit sourish, overripe fruits, orange peel. MF: lots of carbon, 2 much to be pleasant, medium to light body. Taste: little bitter, sourish, hoppy, toast, citrus. Aftertaste: bitter and hoppy, bit watery textures, hint of mocha. Meh.

Pure reddish-amber color woth huge rocky beige head.
In the nose can be felt a very gentle combination of bready malts, citrus, caramel/chocolate, lovely spices and even beatiful evergreen pine.
Pleasantly balanced taste of malts, spices and some sweet nuttiness. Smooth bitter aftertaste reminds of rye bread. Average carbonation and medium body. Surprisingly FRESH CRISPY and DRINKABLE. Fair ale.

Bottle from Rob the Gourmet’s Market. Bold amber body with medium head. Nose is malty, sweet, fruity, caramel. Taste is also malts, caramel, alcohol lots of it, plums and notes of dark chocolate. Pretty good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours clear dark amber in color with a creamy off-white head. Bready malty, light nutty notes and a bit of sweet brown sugar in aroma. Bready malty, dark bread and light nutty notes in taste. Dark bready finish as well.

Hazy brown color with medium off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and fruits. Roasted malt dominate in taste ,also notes of fruits and yeast. Good beer.

Tap at M-Cafe, Leuven: Brown coloured brew with an good roasted malts taste and hints of caramel. Much better than the blond i drunk.

75cl Bottle @ home. Brown coloured beer with medium carbonation and a large white head. Light sweeter malty hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. FInish is sweet light bitter malty hinted with a longer bitter slight herby ending. Medium ale.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons. Calais. Light brown colour. Malt is pretty tasty. Hmmmm. I have had a couple of Belgian brunes recently after going ages without having one and I have decided I really like them. Some estery flavours. Very characterful and interesting and drinkable.

11.2 oz bottle pours deep hazy copper/red with thin airy foam. Overly carbonated so tastes a bit like soda. Do not recommend.

33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Very hazy dark red, almost purple color, small beige head that leaves fair lacing. Smells like yoghurt, a bit sour and lightly malts. Taste malts, hint of light sourness, slight hint of fruit. Medium carbo, low to medium body.
