Bottle @ Delirium, Brussels.
Pours clear chestnut brown with a medium, creamy, off-white head. Great lacings. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, coriander and a great hint of strawberries. Medium carbonation, dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely, malty, molasses, coriander, light cinnamon. Lovely dry and quite hoppy sharp finish. Extremely well-balanced beer.

Deep hazy brown pour with a thick head. The nose is really lovely. The yeast is very bright and spicy. Deep, dark dried fruit and a lot of soft spice. Fresh and chewy with a distinct note of red licorice. Fruity with dried dates, figs and some brighter fruity lightness. It tastes like the Abbaye des Rocs yeast - fruity and spicy. Really rich lovely brew with a little bit of chocolate on the back in addition to all of the bright fruit. Palate is softly sweet and fruity with a nice yeasty fruitiness. A little lacking in the body department - not really watery but a little lacking in oomph. Notwithstanding this - itís a very tasty brown.

Rich and strong fruit malt aroma. Hazy amber color with a small white head. Light tart bitter beginning. Bitterness builds in the finish then fades in the end.

Hazy daramber to brown color, with beige head. Aroma sweet, roasted malts, yeast. Medium body. Taste spices, sweet, roasted malts, some hops. As a diabetic type 2, Iíve to check out everything I eat or drink. With that sugar free beer, I donít feel guilty anymore. Pleasure and freedom without complex. Great ! The blond and Extra are also perfect for me in any occasion.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours brown with a few bubbles. Aroma is mildly fruity sour. Med. minus body; fizzy carbonation. Slightly sour. Otherwise suggests cola. Finishes dry/light sour. Decent drink.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An unclear, murky brown beer with a fine beige head leaving lacings. Sourish nose, citrus and lemon, with some dried fruits and caramel. Citrusy flavor with caramel and some cellar. Yeasty notes too. Dry. Sour and bitter finish. Where the Blond was a pleasant, tasteful beer, this one is almost the opposite. 091024
