white gold blond colored little sparkling body with a white head and a yeast hoppy aroma a hoppy grain little sweet taste with a bitter finish

Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, mlats, pilsmalts, some biscuit. Quite bitter flavour, malty. Rather dry, bitter finish.
Not bad, better than expected by the trendy plastic wrapped bottle.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons. Calais. Decent lager aroma. Some decent lemon aroma. Belgian yeast flavour in mouth so comes across as a hoppy lager crossed with a Belgian blond. I thought tres refreshing and very likeable

33cl, new brew Anno 2011, from Geers Oostakker, not complex brew, malty/sweet and slightly floral, refreshing, yet balanced, hazy, good head, nothing special, yet very beautiful bottle!

Taste: start is fruity, dry and bitter, flavours follow pretty fast after eachother and make room for a malty slight peachy taste, end is sweet, ok ...

draft @ Moeder Lambic. Dorée/léger orangée, col moyen blanc. Arôme houblonné fruité, aspect cône houblon, agrumes avec un bouquet fruité et houblonné qui reste bien présent en rapport au malt. En bouche, bière fruité restant plus sur un profile tropical restant léger en bouche, fine amertume laissant une amertume bien en retrait. Malt est faible et pâle sur une légère présence de grains/caramel, citronné en amertume. Le tout demeure plus centré sur le houblon entre agrumes et fleuri sans être vraiment trop en avant, garde ce profile belge sur une amertume qui reste typique. Le tout n’est pas désagréable, mais seul le dry-hopping contribue à en faire une bière assez originale.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light yeasty. Fruity, yeasty and mild citrusy. Fruity and mellow yeasty. Bitter and dry herbal into the finish.
