COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Green Tease Pale Ale is brewed with a blend of two different sake yeasts, and dry hopped with Sorachi Ace and Centennial hops, along with pounds of imported Sencha and Hojichi tea leaves from Japan. The Green Tease Pale Ale won a Best of Show at the Rocky Mountain Homebrew Challenge last year, and we are proud to have such an amazing award winner on tap! This is one pale ale for the ages with amazingly refreshing aroma and the perfect balance for an American pale ale.

Bottle, 33 cl, courtesy of Pinball. Quite a gusher, this one. Hazy golden with a huge, frothy white, good retention. Aroma is citrusy.and peachy, more tea accents than actual hop accents. Hops are more evident in the taste, as is the yeast. Sweet fruity with a dry, rather bitter finish.

Murky honey golden with a silky foamy head with loads of filmy lace...like it was on nitro. The nose was dry and eccentric with champagne esters, green tea, caramel, and mellow grassy hops. Flavor was very balanced and bittersweet, with earthy green tea notes throughout. A very pleasant brew. Nice mellow grassy hoppiness, earthy herbal tea, caramel and pale cereal malt, and a dry bready yeast, not as champagne-y as the nose was.
