It’s a BMC with pepper infused. Barely drinkable, even with the novelty factor. Somewhat embarrassed to frequent a place that serves this.

Pours a clear gold from the bottle with thin ring of white head that leaves little to no lace. Aroma is shitty mexican lager with hints of chili over the top. Taste is huge chili, like drinking hot sauce, wow. Not as horrible as people say, but definitely not good.

Bottle from B&M, Walsall. Golden beer with lively head that fades to nothing, with a green chili floating around like a lump of shit in the bog. Aroma of green chili and veg. Taste is pepper, spicy chili and weak lager malts. Interesting, but one is probably more than enough.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small, frothy, immediately fading, white "head". Slightly tart-ish, peppery spicy chili aroma. Taste is minimally sweet malty, hot and spicy, chili notes; soft palate, flat carbonation, almost a bit slimy texture.

Aroma: Medium-high chilli. Appearance: Briliant, dark gold body. No head. Flavour: Medium-high chilli. Medium chilli burn. Medium-light bready. Burn lingers for a really long time. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Overall: The chilli is the main character, but the beer almost does not feature. The beer is not very drinkable and seems more like a party-joke than a beer that people would actually drink. 330 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre! 21A. Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer 1C. 330ml bottle from B&M Bargains - Clear yellow, no head, green slug-like chilli floating in it. Nose is a sharp veggie chilli, nothing else. Taste is warm... spicy... almost spirit like burn to it. Thin and no carbonation. Not the worst chilli beer I’ve had though.

From a bottle at the RB DC tasting September 6. Pours a clear pale gold with a scant head. Flavors of chili. Flavors of intense green habenero. Whoa!

This is the worst beer I have ever tasted in my life and believe me I have tried a few. It might be to a someone else’s taste but not one for me I’m afraid.

12 oz. bottle, shared with Carlson. Pale gold color, with almost no head, and some pulp that settles out and acts as activation points for bubbles off the bottom of the glass. The nose is actually reasonable, with some sharp hot pepper, vinegar, caramel, and pine. The flavor destroys all hope - truly awful, corn syrup sweetness, and abrasive and unpleasant hot spice. The mouthfeel is watery, acidic, and harsh. I’m glad I didn’t have to finish a whole bottle. Feels like drinking from a pepper sauce container. Ugh.

A very complex beer I must certainly admit. Only the clear bottle where you can see a whole chili swim around can discourage most. The strong chili dominate both fragrance and taste totally. For a reason that I do not quite even know, I find it anyway inspiring and tasteful for a large American cheeseburger with french fries and ketchup all over the place.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. The floating chili pepper is pure gimmicky genius and I love the fiery flavor of this. But hey, I also loved almost every pepper and habanero flavored beer I have had to date. If it is well chilled the flavor is killer and in my humble opinion it gets the party rolling with all kinds of potential session drinking.
