transparent shimmering gold, thin white small bubbled ring. Nose is musty apple skin, honey, light toast, very bright and refreshing. Flavor shows more apple skin, lightly granny smith, plenty of honey sweetness but dry finish, sticky with light pineapple.

Lightly sweet and phenolic cider with really nice apple, hints of apple skin, funky yeast, light pear and honey.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow/gold with thin, fizzy white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is citrus and light sour fruit, straw, wheat, faint floral hops, apples, and pears. Flavor is a great malt and fruit ester balance; crisp, dry finish. Light body, medium carbonation, and low warmth.

Hazy apricot pour with a thin white ring. Huge fresh apple character with amazing tartness and dryness, despite being their sweetest offering. Medium body with sparkling effervescence and a dry finish.

Bottle courtesy of GT2, thanks! Bright hazy yellow gold, small white head that settles quickly. Aroma of fresh peach, lemon, tangerine. Taste is freshly crushed apples, bitter lemon soda, sweet at first then transitions to mostly dry. Really nice.

750mL c&c red label from the farm. In short, this place makes some unreal ciders. A must try. Listed as 3%. Hazier glowing peach pour with very low carbonation. No bubbles in glass. Peach and mild olive nose. Decants to beautiful starfruit and mango, lychee, rambutan. Taste is super dry and sweet playoff with super rich peach cobbler. Ohhh. So f’ing yummy. Easy 9/10! Palate is perfect with amazing dry and oily fruit dichotomy. So good. Lychee mango and rambutan flavors abound with sweet Valencia orange. Amazing. Peach ice cream, mild yogurt and mild tangy sourness with huge mango and starfruit. Oh yeah.
