In short: A crisp floral/herbal Pale Ale. Original and fun
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Clear blonde body topped by a small off-white head
In long: The nose is very floral and herbal. I didn’t smell tea per say but I sure got a strong herbal sensation. Taste is very crisp and bright. Crisp honeyed malts, green herbs, flowers. Nice crisp bitterness adding grapefruits to the mix. Lively body. Refreshing. My favorite in the too-many beers I had at this pub. It was also the only original beer that I had from them. Everything else they make are standard beers sticking to the basics of standard styles. But I really liked this one. It took me many many beers but I finally found one beer at this brewpub that I really liked. But it’s ok, the girlfriend was the designated driver. I don’t want to drive drunk and end-up putting my fate into the hands of twelve people who are too dumb to get out of jury duty.
