2.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Had it off tap and out of can but prefered bottled. Clear body like the waters off cayman this beer is light with a slight sweatness to it. Not much to say about the palate or flavor only that its easy drinking in the sun.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
In bottle in Grand Cayman; very, very light bodied with a hoppy/dry finish. Overall it was OK, but I would not buy on a consistent basis

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draught at the brewery, on January 25, 2012
Clear pale yellow color, white head. Malty sweet scent and taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.
Works well in the heat, still a bit boring.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
courtesy of Thomas Schneider - translucid pale yellow beer under a very foamy and bright white head; skunky with notes of paperboard; a solid carbonation, medium-bodied, astringent and quite dry: some late tartness and corny, paperboard-like notes - donít worry Bov, itís a new country !

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Ft Myers, Fl - Total Wine and More - 330 ml bottle. Very light golden pour, light white head that actually leaves a bit of lacing. Corn induced skunky aroma. Flavor is grainy with brief hints of pepper and wet paper. Not a flavor-fest. Mouthfeel is thin and starchy. Oh well, added a new country.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
12 oz. bottle. Pours a somewhat dark gold color with a large white head and copious amounts of carbonation. Aroma primarily of malts, maybe a little bit of grass. Crisp on the tongue due to the carbonation. Light bodied. Standard Caribbean/Latin American swill.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
This pale, watery beer is a typical caribbean lager.... actually a lesser example. Bland and unremarkable. worth trying if it comes your way, but by no means worth any sort of effort to obtain.

1.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Served from a 12 oz bottle while in George Town, Cayman Island on the honeymoon cruise. The appearance is bright gold. The aromas and flavors are cereal and malt with a certain dryness. Ehh.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
So I bought this and then realized you canít even really see the Cayman Islands on the world map. Anyway, golden yellow, spotty floaties, weird, white cover. Aroma is skunky, corny, typical lager. Taste is metal, thick corn, sweet, syrupy.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
The Caymans were great, the beer not so much. Pretty much standard pale lager here, with grainy notes and a certain skunkiness. Not the best, but at least it was consumed in a nice place.
