Has a boring stinging hops aroma. Appearance is weak yellow with a modest head. Flavour is soft sweeter hops. Wet mouthfeel. It’s decent for a lightbeer but that really isn’t saying much.

Can pour light per yellow. Nose slight crisp then some crystal malt and adjunct, similar to Caybrew. Tatse same as Caybrew but watered down. Minimal finish. I guess it was refreshing after a day at the beach.

[Can (12oz) shared with HogTownHarry & biegaman -- c/o j&m] Pours a very, very pale gold with a small lasting fizzy off-white head. Very mild aroma of grain, lots of corn syrup, paper and some sugar -- no skunkyness thankfully. Flavour is so watery, it’s also grainy and corny along with some paper. Light bodied. Not the worst beer ever, but not good at all.

12oz can - thanks Jer! (I think) - shared with blankboy and biegaman. Incredibly pale clear yellow, bright white quick-diminishing fizzy head. Aroma - ugh - sugary and a little bit like scorched paper and apple core blended with corn starch. Taste - apple juice, dry starch power, fades to a vague unpleasant nothing pretty quickly - no alcohol. Watery, papery, flat, too weak to be harsh, but it ASPIRES to harsh - pretty lame and why would you not just drink water with lime juice squeezed in it (I would give THAT a 2.6).

Draft: Poured a light golden to yellow with a white head. Aroma was very little if any grain. Taste was souring forward and light grain, very watery.

2013-12-19. Very pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is mild muted cereally malt notes. Flavour is thin, cereally pale malt and lightly bitter notes in the finish. Thin bodied palate, soft carbonation. Just way too mild for the most part. On tap at the brewery, Grand Cayman

This beer did not have much of an aroma when poured in a glass. The appearance was very pale yellow and light carbonation. The taste was surprisingly crisp on the tongue. Overall this beer is not bad for a light beer and I would drink it again

Draught at the brewery, on January 25, 2012
Clear very pale champagne color, white head. Malty, cream taste. Malty aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Malty, vegetable scent.
Not bad, though boring. Good for something light in the heat.

In bottle; standard light lager. It was OK; I only tried it because I bought the lite at the store instead of the regular Caybrew

Drunk straight from the bottle, though I can’t imagine pouring it would improve it any. Somehow sharp on the tongue without having much taste. Surprisingly bad light beer given how much better I found their other brews.
