Cask, handpump, at Nottingham Beer Festival ’07. Amber with an off white head. Very malty underarm aroma. Sour taste with an earthy background. Mid bitter finish. A mean, stingy sort of taste. Slightly better than the other Caythorpe beer we sampled at this festival. But not a lot better.
