3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From tap @ Delirium. Orange, hazy, full white head. rich full nose, aromatic, exotic fruit (mango, lychee), american hops. Unfortunately, the nose evolves with standing, I get something unfresh, sweaty, less appealing. yeast working through?? Taste is dry, bitter, again, fruity, but gets a twist in the aftertaste, not sure I welcome this. Yeast seems to be overtaking which is disappointing. Would not call this a tripple, more, it is an IPA.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a big and blond foamy head. Bready and yeasty cara-malty aroma with notes of woody and mildly vinous fruity hops. Moderately sweet flavour, full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready cara-malt character with woody, delicately fruity and herbal hops; sweet and slightly bitter finish with stronger herbal notes in the aftertaste, reminding me a bit of lovage/Maggi seasoning, which I rather dislike. 28.XI.13

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Draught at Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels, 25 Oct 2013) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of apricots, orange peel and fresh, spicy hops. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange peel, rye bread and a generous citric bitterness in the finish, together with a warming alcohol glow. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle (33 cl) from beergium.be. Cloudy amber, tiny white head. Bready, fruity and hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Semi dry with medium to high bitterness. Not vey tripel-like, but still very despite the fact that the bottled had leaked and was only half-full.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Head is initially large, frothy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is hazy dark yellow to light amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, cereal), lightly hoppy (herbs), lightly to moderately yeasty (basement/concrete), with light notes of bubble gum / cotton candy.
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium to full body, syrupy/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic.
Kinda generic...nothing really stands out in either a good or bad way. Somewhat dull nose with candy and concrete. Rather sweet but drinkable thanks to a dryness that creeps in by the finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2013 Bottle dated 09/2014. Hazy golden orange body with a fine white head. Pineapple and citrus fruit and candy sugar in the nose with a mild cream / lactose and magnesium hydroxide (milk of magnesia) yeast presence. Fruity, candy-ish Belgian pale malt, strongly sharp alcohol, equally sharp malt edge is biting and brash. Banana liqueur or banana taffy as TAR would say. Medium to full body. Boldly flavored, just a bit much of a mushed, fermenting fruit flavor with an intense sweetness.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml capped bottle pours a golden orange color with a huge white head that has excellent retention and leaves some very thick lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits with some spicy hops and a dry yeasty finish. Very nicely done tripel which I highly recommend to others. A complex yet highly drinkable strong ale.
