3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Medium sized pretty vast and slowly layering down white head on top of a hazy orange colored beer.
The smell is nice: hops, loads of peach, herbs, cream, clay, trees, summer fruit, green grass and crispy fresh herbs.
Taste a nice mix of again loads of peaches, some apricot rawness, light spicy, some floral tones, medium bitter, hint of creamy spices, cream an fresh herbs and grass.
The aftertaste has a good bitterness, some fruits, floral tones and herbs. Nice.
Low carbo, soft foamy mouthfeel, good medium body and a creamy texture.
Decent beer with a nice hoppy fruit tone and a fine bitterness.

330ml bottle (Koht Birthday Auction, Tallinn)
Yeasty aroma, alcoholic too. Fairly dull tripel, sweetish malts, strangely it tastes of pens, and some slightly harsh hopping. Finish is vegetal. Really didn’t like the glass I got. Harsh, and rough.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE Feb 2016, courtesy of FatPhil, 20141122) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had black pepper, mustard and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, black pepper, mustard, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, sweet and bitter. A weird but good strong Belgian ale.
