COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"A true seasonal beer, as refreshing as it should be! It had low alcohol content and a marked bitterness that made it really refreshing. We wanted to offer a truly seasonal Season with production limited in time. As Laurent Agache’s

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a huge, lasting, and lazing beige head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with notes of straw and citrus, on a slightly malty back ground. No bitterness to speak of.

Very hazy gold beer, thick fluffy white head. Semi crisp and semi dry palate. Creamy lagerish malt with a little light yeast. Reasonable amount of hop snap providing some grapefruit. Well joined up. Decent if unspectacular.

Hazy deep blond color; creamy head. The aroma is a bit smelly, cheesy, more than elderflower. Smooth mouthfeel, light malt flavor, with some vegetables, herbs; low bitterness. Very strange.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2011 On tap at John Bull, Aalborg. A milky, yellow-orange beer with a small white head and fine lacings. Citrusy nose with orange and lemon, a touch of spices and fine hops. Pleasant citrusy flavor with orange the most evident, hoppy bitterness and some spicyness. Full-bodied, effervescent and dry. Orangey hops and some spices in the finish. A refreshing and quenching saison. Rating: 6-3-7-4-14-3.4. 080914

Bottle, 75cl corked. An unclear, yellowish golden body is topped by a big, white head. The aroma is grassy and hoppy, with some alcohol. Wheat and a funky touch too. Slightly funky flavor with wheat and bitterness, bitter finish. Full-bodied and quite effervescent. A tasteful and quite quenching saison. 101015
