Hazy gold-hey, large, bubbly white head. Nose is fruity, yeasty, and lightly floral and grassy with lots of lemon, light pepper, and a wisp of banana. Flavor is a little dirtier, more floral and hay, light gum and pepper, some sugary toffee, but also bitter, drying finish. Fairly unique example with all the hay and dust in the flavor, but I liked it.

Oct 14, 2009 Cloudy pale orange with a big fluffy white head. Aroma is yeasty and spicy. Flavor of grass, orange peel, coriander, and finishes with a generous hoppy bitterness. Solid.

Oct 5, 2009 Pours a hazy golden with a thick head. nose is of hops and floral esters. Flavor is rather a winnowing sweet of alcohol with little else. a bit tangy. somewhat disappointing.

Sep 4, 2009 11.2oz bottle; best by 06.2010. Bottle was a bit of a gusher. Pours slightly hazy amber-golden, capped with a rather large white head. Aroma is grassy, with notes of wheat, earth bread, and mildly citric hops. Flavor begins with grain and honey, which are joined by flowers, wheat, and mild spice. Spice becomes more evident with additional sips, and joins wheat on the palate for a lengthy finish. Solid tripel.

Aug 26, 2009 Mild gusher. Cloudy light golden color with a fluffy, big bubbled head. mild aromas of pale malt, flour and bit of citrus. Sweet floral flavors and gooey malt flavors. Mild dough and yeast. Some dry herbal bitterness in the finish. LIght has a touch of tartness, green apple? A strong blond to a triplel.

Aug 26, 2009 Bottle - 330ml. Hazy golden body with average carbonation and an average white foamy head. Good malty aroma with hoppy/grassy and flowery hints. Well balanced malty/hoppy taste with bready and honeyish notes. Alcohol is well hidden. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish.

Aug 16, 2009 Bottle @ Bier Circus, Brussels. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty honey aroma. Sweetish malty spicy bitter flavor. Has a sweetish malty smooth spicy honey finish.
