COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tournay Noire is a beer, refermented in the bottle, with an alcohol content of 7,6%. It contains only natural ingredients: water, four malts, two hops, yeast and sugar. We select special malts and very traditional hops to give it a powerful, long flavour in the mouth and a quite a strong hint of bitterness. This is a beer that will really appeal to Stout lovers!!

75cl at the brewery. Pours dark brown with brownish head. Aroma is sugary, yeasty / biscuit and roasted, lightly hoppy. Taste roasted coffee hoppy candi sugar, lightly floral and spicy notes, notes of chocolate. A very impressive stout, one of the few coming out of Belgium that are remarkable. For 7.6% the beer packs quite a punch.

Draft. A fine, fine stout indeed: velvety foam, terrific smooth body and a delicate oat-ish character. One of my favorite stouts, good to drink at all times, even non-fans of the genre are impressed.

Tap @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph.
Pours deep black with slight red edges. A beautiful, creamy beige head that stays for a long time, reluctantly leaving wonderful lacework on the insides of my glass. Aroma is softly roasted, some yeastiness and a touch of tart raisins in there as well. Fine, soft and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely sweet, softly roasted, clear definition of the Belgian yeast and a good note of sweet chocolate. Super balance and extremely drinkable.

Draft. A pitch black beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of roasted malt and chocolate with a slight underlying acidity from the roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, a sharp note of ground cocoa and coffee beans on the palate, as well as notes of dark bitter chocolate, and a slight acidity from the hard roasted malt coming along in the finish. The mouthfeel is very creamy and the alcohol tickles the tongue.
