Tournay Noire is a beer, refermented in the bottle, with an alcohol content of 7,6%. It contains only natural ingredients: water, four malts, two hops, yeast and sugar. We select special malts and very traditional hops to give it a powerful, long flavour in the mouth and a quite a strong hint of bitterness. This is a beer that will really appeal to Stout lovers!!

Bottle: Brown syrupy pour, medium to smaller sized beige head on top of a blak colored beer. The aroma’s are typical stout with some strong herbal tones: bay leaf, autumnal herbs, light toasted bark, nail polish remover, some roasted malts, crispy herbal, flowers and sticky toasted malts. Taste bay leaf, light liquorice, good herby, hint of toast, light roasted barley malts, some hay roast, bitters and toasted/loght roasted herbs. Aftertaste is good bitter with toasted malts, spices, Low carbo, sof spicy mouthfeel, good medium body and a light creamy texture. Good beer, fine.

Draught at The White Horse, Parsons Green on 23 March 2013. Poured black, with a halo of tan head. Aroma was fairly light; some roasted malt, banana and burnt sugar. Initial flavours of coffee, slightly sour black cherries and oak. Mouth feel was fairly light, considering the style and carbonation was a little on the rough side. Finish was cold coffee, yeast esters and dark fruit.

Black in color but more of a dark beer rather than a black beer. Not a stout beer by American standards. Pours with a slight foam. Complex flavor- citrus, malts, caramel with slight chocolate with a nice bitterness at the end.

33cl butelka. OCZY : piwo ma ciemny brązowy kolor. Sporą piane o kolorze beżowym. NOS : mocne aromaty fermentacji podobne do twarogu z mleka koziego i sernika. Aromaty podpalane podobne do kawy nie dominują tego ciemnego piwa ale są obecne i świetnie komponują się w całość, która ma raczej świeży charakter. Skórka pomarańcza, banan, jabłko, róża. USTA : średnio gęste, kremowe i średnio gazowane. Piwo pije się łatwo i jest dosyć orzeźwiające jak na ciemne piwo. Średnio podpalane, podobne do mokki, nuty są średnio słodkie i cierpkie. Spora owocowość podobna do suszonych śliwek i jabłek daje lekką kwaskowatość i łączy cierpkie i gorzkie smaki ze sobą w całkiem udany sposób. Posmak jest podobny do gorzkiego kakaa. ODCZUCIA : owocowy stout, orzeźwiający i dobrze gazowany. Pełny smak i przyjemny aromat. Jak to się mówi : "nie urywa" , ale trudno coś złego o tym piwie powiedzieć. OCENA : smak : 6/10 pijalność : 6/10
