22oz bottle. Deep amber color, rocky foam. Floral nose, nice hops. Smells of citrus & pine hops; sweet caramel malt, some toast. Tastes of sweet malts, some cotton candy, bitter hops, pine bark, bitter citrus peel oil. Very well balanced. One of my favorite American IPAs. (3888)

Bottle Vines Orlando. amazed at the low score this has Initial aromas of peach quickly becoming more orange and piney. Soft and creamy with more sharp bitterness coming in midway. Light caramel, rounded finish, an all round excellent IPA. One of my favourites.

on tap-pours an off white ring for a head and murky orange color. aroma is resin/orange, some medium malt, yeast. Taste is nice resin/orange hops bite, [centennial] secondary sweet medium malt-some caramel/bready/yeast. OK carbonation.

Not to bitter and a few nice hop characters. Nice floral aroma and amber color. Head was kind of flat.

Tried on tap at the Florida Brew Fest 2011 addition. Pours hazy copper with gold edges and off white head. The aroma is a pleasing combination of pine and peach and with a mildly tropical fruit sensation. The taste offers up the same players noted in the nose namely a near firm level of pine hops rolling toward a slight peach like note and a sense of mango like tropical fruit.

The beer has a nice taste of slightly malts, caramel lots of grain. the hops are definite apparent yet not very over lapping. the hops are have a nice minty quality. the beer is quiet extraordinary.

Deep golden color with a foamy off white head. Subtle citrus hop nose. Flavors of strong grapefruit rind and orange peel citrus flavors and some apple. Some honey sweetness. Long hop burn in the finish.

Orange pour with creamy off white head and lace. Large malty aroma followed by a pine tree. Funky sour malt flavor followed by a resiny bitter. Medium bodied with good carbonation but a bit o wateriness.

Bomber. This pours an amber color with a thin white head. There’s practically no head retention so thus not much lacing either. The aroma doesn’t offer a whole lot, showing toasted malt, biscuity/caramel malt, and subtle citrus. The flavor, however, is better. Again, there’s a strong toasted malt base with grainy notes but the hops are sharp and bitter, with a little citrus. The finish has a lot of lingering dough malt but it’s hoppy too and somewhat dry. Not a stand out beer but much like their Pale Ale, this is a solid offering.
