COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our classic brown ale recipe, but with German Nobel hops. This unique beer with a Space Coast flair was a collaboration with guest brewer George Folmar.

Tap at CBBC. Dark brown with a thin tan ring. Aroma of sweet malts, roasted nuts, and burnt sugars. Taste just like it smells. Sweet malts, molasses, roasted nuts, and burnt sugars. Hint of fruitiness as well. Very enjoyable. Could def drink this all day.

Draft... Pours a clear dark brown with ruby highlights and a small, creamy, white head. The bouquet furnishes black tea, cocoa, dark fruits and toasted malts. Medium-bodied with jazzy carbonation. Sweet black-tea flavor. Finishes crisp with a light kiss of honeysuckle.

There is an almost floral an maybe a bit smoky. Color is a red so dark it appears black with a small oily looking head. Taste is toasted and sweet, with a caramelly element. Palate is a little watery.

Sampled at the FBG Beerfest, poured a cloudy copper color with aromas of butterscotch, roasted malt, and a touch of dark fruits. Taste is dark fruit esters mainly with some sweet malt and molasses to go with it. Not the best beer here today, but decent none the less.

Tap @ CBBC. Muddy color. Aroma of hops and sweet nutty malts. Flavor has a dark fruit character, nice nutty malt flavor, and sharp hop bitterness. Very drinkable, nice hop bite.

On tap at CBBC, aroma of sweet malt, molasses, and a touch of alcohol. Smooth, malty, vienna like beer poured a cloudy brown with minimal head. Finish is clean with a touch of noble hops on the way down. Very good beer.

Draft @ FBGBF ’010. Pours murky amber with copper hues and thin tan head. The aroma is kind of dark sweet and fruitiness, a touch of butterscotch and slight malt roastiness. The taste has lots of dark fruity esters that seem way out of place in a brown. I also get a mild level of sweet maltiness to go along with some nutty sweetness. It is no where near a brown but the flavors are interesting.
