COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our classic brown ale recipe, but with German Nobel hops. This unique beer with a Space Coast flair was a collaboration with guest brewer George Folmar.

Draft @ FBGBF ’010. Pours murky amber with copper hues and thin tan head. The aroma is kind of dark sweet and fruitiness, a touch of butterscotch and slight malt roastiness. The taste has lots of dark fruity esters that seem way out of place in a brown. I also get a mild level of sweet maltiness to go along with some nutty sweetness. It is no where near a brown but the flavors are interesting.

Sampled at the FBG Beerfest, poured a cloudy copper color with aromas of butterscotch, roasted malt, and a touch of dark fruits. Taste is dark fruit esters mainly with some sweet malt and molasses to go with it. Not the best beer here today, but decent none the less.
