Bottle.Pours golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of ripe apples, caramel,some applepeel and yeast. Flavor is sweet red apples and caramel with some brown sugar and spices.Medium to thin body, livly carbonation. Somewhat sweet and a little thin.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is dry, apple, yeast, metallic. Flavour is dry, sweet, apple, yeast, dust, sugar. Could be more.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of sugar, caramel and a little apples. Taste is medium sweet. Body is light and texture is thin. Kind of boring.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s slightly hazy in the glass, golden in color, and with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is rather weak, with apples, some sulphur and a sugary sweetness. Moist cellar notes too. Apples, sweetness, some caramel hints, almost buttery, and almost no acidity in the flavor. Medium body. A drinkable one, but not refreshing in any way. Boring on it’s own, might work better with some food. 120124

Clear medium orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, light tart apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20100709]

natural apple aroma. nice.
flavor is sweet apple, faint citrussy touch but as i see it, too sweet. plus points for having a nice clean natural flavor. Good cider.
