Nice sweet taste on this one, even poured initially with some head. Good apple flavours in here but not a lot of complexity to my pallette.

Bottled. Poured clear golden copper in colour with a small whitish head. Aroma of apple and yeast. Flavour mostly sour apples. Good aftertaste, not too sweet.

750 ml bottle.
Pours a clear golden colour with a small head on the edges. Aroma of tart apples. Flavour of green, sour apples, some sweet honey and wet wood. Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel. Enjoyable and easy to drink.

Bottle.
Pours an average cheddar orange with an aroma of, once again, cheap cognac/brandy and apples. Flavor follows suit. Average mouthfeel. Something makes me think these ciders MAY have started out as cognac-in-training (yes, I know that apples are not used in cognac).

750ml bottle (Alko)
Rich gold, rich head that lasts longer than your average cider. Lovely apple pie aroma, some vanilla, and some freezer ice. Crisp palate, restronasals just like the aroma. Taste very appley, a touch tart, and pleasantly woody. Finish a touch medicinal and woody. Fairly dry. Pleasant cider, wonderfully high quality, as always, but quite restrained at 4.5%. Should be brewed to 7.5%, and then it would be stonking.

Bottled, from Alko Vaasa. Golden colour, with small head that vanishes quite fast. Aroma is rather sweet apples along with some hints of sweet rotten apples and wood. Flavour is riped apples along with some acidicness. Wooden notes kick in in the finish. Aftertaste is sweet apples and wooden notes. Quite mouthdrying.

From a bottle (50 cl) at SMÖF-08. Clear golden with medium white head. Yellow apples and butterscotch aroma. Light to medium bodied, lively carbonation. Well balanced, dry and slightly bitter finish.

Clear golden color, small frizzy white head. Slight acidic, apple, butterscotch, lactic scent. Acidic, butterscotch, apple taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Astringent almost.

0.75 l bottle. Copper color, fizzy but head vanishes promtly. Sweetish slightly acidic ripe apple aroma with notes of honey. Sweetish ripe apple flavor with hint of lemon and mango. Dry woody finish.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet aroma with apple, honey and woody notes. Sweet flavor with apple and grape notes. Ends sweet.
