At a tasting, as "grand Cidre" , thanks DSG, a touch hazy pale yellow colour, light aromas of leather, mushrooms, light sweetish flavours of overripe apples and a touch of wood. Watery texture, short bland aftertaste.

0,33L bottle with a cap. (5%, red label. This company is not really creative with their product names. I hope it’s the correct one out of all these 4-5% "Bruts" here). Golden body, small head. Woody and plain apple aroma. Tase is ripe and woody, but kind of watered down. Mildly tart finish. Actually, the sweetness is overcoming the dryness.

75 cl bottle shared with friends. ABV listed at 5%. For some reason, they kept insisting that this is not a beer, but a wine or a champagne or something. Clear yellow color, thin white head that fades until it’s completely gone. Friends thought it tasted similar to wine, but not as sweet. Nice apple aroma, similar texture to wine but with light carbonation and no burn.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks mom & dad for this bottle. Clear golden. Aroma of fresh apples. Sweetish apple flavor with a bit of sugar, some tartness, apple peels and light hints of wood. Medium-bodied. A nice refreshing Cider.

Thanks DSG for sharing this one, Golden with small diminishing head, aroma of apples, apple acids and some wild tones, flavor of sweet apples but not too sweet balanced with a nice winey acidity, feel zesty, and has a medium body and a pleasant finish

Botella with screw cap. Pours a clear deep golden/amber colour. Sourish apple bit sweet aroma. Good mouthfeel. Lots of carbonation, tickeling, nice, apple, bit sweet, pleasant. Apple pleasant finish.
