Bottle 75 cl. Pours clear pale golden in color. Ripe apples and vanilla notes in aroma. A bit of apples, some tartness and just a bit of funky notes in taste. A bit light and is lacking the apple mustyness.

750ml bottle. Pours cider, not much of a head, golden color. Aroma is apples, ripe and overripe, a bit sour. Taste is surprisingly sweet considering it should be dry. Apple, somewhat spicy, overripe apple. Palate is light and somewhat carbonated. Could be a bit stiffer. An alright quaffer.

75 cl bottle. Nose of rich ripe apples, light cinnamon and spice, very ripe. Dark gold color with a little touch of lace at first. Flavor is green apples, ripe apple, minerals and some spice, a bit of mushy over-ripe apple. Could be cleaner and drier, but decent.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with no head. Aroma is oak, yeast, apple. Flavour is oak, sourness, sugar, apple, yeast. OK cider.

Colour of gold. A little bit of white lemonade-like head. Aroma of apple and oak. Flavour is apply and a bit earthly. Somewhat sweet and medium dry.

750 ml bottle. Dark golden body with a small white head that fades quite fast. Aroma of fruity acidic apple with cellar notes. Refreshing and fruity apple flavor, matured apples, cellar notes/farmhouse flavor. Tasty, quite dry, nice, balanced, enjoyed this a lot.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, golden cider with a little fizzyness going on. No head. The aroma is rustic, with orchard, apples, apple core notes, cellar and wet garden. The flavor is on the same level, lots of rustic flavors of apples. Medium body, semi-tart. A really nice cider, going well with some Manchego cheese.
