Colour of gold. A little bit of white lemonade-like head. Aroma of apple and oak. Flavour is apply and a bit earthly. Somewhat sweet and medium dry.

750 ml bottle. Dark golden body with a small white head that fades quite fast. Aroma of fruity acidic apple with cellar notes. Refreshing and fruity apple flavor, matured apples, cellar notes/farmhouse flavor. Tasty, quite dry, nice, balanced, enjoyed this a lot.

Bottle.Pours golden with small white head, Aroma of caramel, ripe apples, apple peel and yeast. Flavor is sweet apples with some aour notes and some caramel. Medium to thin body, average carbonation.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, golden cider with a little fizzyness going on. No head. The aroma is rustic, with orchard, apples, apple core notes, cellar and wet garden. The flavor is on the same level, lots of rustic flavors of apples. Medium body, semi-tart. A really nice cider, going well with some Manchego cheese. Would really much like to get more of this. 120124

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of apples and wood. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Dark golden coloured with a fast diminishing head. Quite nice apple aroma. Sweet and acidic apple flavour. (Corked Bottle 75cl)

Clear lager colour. Smells like apple juice. Plenty of carbonation. Taste is sweet. Aroma has lots of apple, and is overall fruity. I don’t wonder why my wife wanted to have this, thou I would prefer this drier.

(75cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear orange with nice lasting head for a cider. Nose of maple, manure, cream, apple and light alcohol. Taste of alcohol, light maple, caramel, sweet apple, and a bit of olive/seltzer saltiness.
