Bottle 750ml.

Alc. 2.5%. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy - virtually none, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla, swwet apple. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100709]

Bottled. A light golden cider with a bubbly white head. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples and a bit of wood. The flavor is sweet with notes notes of apples in the over ripe end, leading to a dry sweet apply finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric apple and slight sulphorish. Sweet apple, citric, sulphorish and crisp fruity. Sweet and fruity finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Sweet apple arome. Light body, sweet clean apple accents with a little vanilla. Vague fusty touch. Ends rather sweet also. But quite pleasant. 090710

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with no head. Aroma is apples as well as some mild nuttyness and mild wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Nice and crisp carbonation that pleasantly tickles the tongue.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Friday Night Tasting Session. Thanks to J&C. Pours clear golden with a small white head and lacings. Fresh red apples and barnyard. Sweetness. A bit thin. Dry end.

Bottle. Orange/gold in colour. Aromas are sweet apple with hints of caramel, wood and some zestiness. Flavours are sweet apples with buttery notes. Dry and lightly woody. Lacks zest and sparkle, all a bit too soft. Still, French cheap cider is far better than the likes of Frosty Jacks.

Bottle@Home. Clear and sparkling. Kind of giving head but it doesn’t blow me away. Pretty sweet, more like apple juice than cider, easy going.

Bottle. Golden/orangey cider with a fizzy’ish body. The aroma is quite dry with a hint of sweetness, the flavour is sweet and the apple taste is very clear. Overall a reasonable drink.

Bottle sample at a beer festival at Sar Hamashka’ot. 2.5% ABV. Clear golden. Slightly sugary green apple aroma. Sweet sugary apples flavor. Light-bodied.
