Bottle courtesy of Parsberg. Slight hazy. Golden. Fine lively bubbels. Fruit notes like old food apples. Very sweet. Taste like apple porridge. Think I will prefer the brut version. My first cider scoring.

(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, bubbly head. Fruity, floral nose with notes of ripe apples, apple blossom, a touch of yeast and a light acidity. Fruity, floral taste with ripe, mashed apples, a touch of yeast and a slight tannin acidity in the finish. Light body, with a balanced sweetness. Refreshing and actually really nice for a low abv cider.

[ Trade by saxo ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla, light barnyard. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, vanilla, apple, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110907]

Bottle, shared by HenrikSoegaard. A slighlty hazy, almost golden cider with a minimal-sized white head. Flat. The aroma has ripe apples, orchard and some sugar. It’s a bit sweet in the mough, almost sticky. Medium body and flavors of ripe apples and a cold, autumn orchard. Apples in the finish, some apple core too. A flavorful and quite tasteful one, definitely not bad considering it’s low ABV. 100812

Appearance: Golden colour, no lid. Aroma: Fruity apples, clean, simple. Flavour: Good taste of apples, but it is a bit sweeter than I prefer. Mouthfeel: Again, a bit sugary and a little thin. Total: good.

Bottle (75 cl) from ICA Kvantum, Göteborg, Sweden. Clear golden, fizzy head. Yellow apple aroma with some butter, wood. A bit too sweet but as much as i feared for such low abv cider. Nice apple bitterness.

Bottle. From ICA Focus, Göteborg. Golden yellow colour with a disappearing white head. Aroma of apples, apple juice and sweetness. Flavor of apples and sweetness with a very light acidic background. A smooth, sweet and easy drinking cider. Nice if you want a good low alcohol option.
