COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Normandy, fertile in all its productions of cider, is also famous for its pear cider. Our pear cider is derived from the slow fermentation of a pear juice according to the same production processes as our ECUSSON ciders.

6 Such a fruity aroma - both apple and pear esters. Slightly aged feel to it too, smells like its own cork.
2 Pale yellow. Big brief fizzy head on pouring. Spontaniously bubbles after that.
6 Like the aroma, this is just pure fruit juice. A little like Anna’s parents’ dried pear slices - lovely fruit sugars - almost chewy.
3 Thin but refreshing palate. Acitity crispens it nicely, giving a a nice tingle and a twang in the finish. Pear flavours live on, but are mellow and subdued.
13 2%? Hahah - I’m drinking this at work! Goddamn, if they did a 4% or a 6% version of this I’d buy it in an instant!

(75cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Light yellow with a green tint. Lots of carbonation. Smells of fruit and slight herbal- rosemary, sage. Tastes like sparkling apple juice. Nice and tart and appley. The herbal stuff is still there but less present.

(75cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) This is 2% Wow, it’s great for the ABV! clear very pale yellow pour with lasting bubbles. Nose is slightly vegetal, apple juicy, mossy, sugary, and wood. Taste of pears, very sweet, apple and skin, very flavorful, tart, soft and appropriate carbonation. A great perry!!

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Very light yellow with a white head. Aroma is pears with quite a bit of sugar. The flavor is a very nice mix of sweet and tart pears, with a touch of vanilla. A very nice perry.
