COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
LA BOLEE DES KORRIGANS originates in Messac in the heart of historical Brittany, birthplace of all the legends. Elaborated by our cider-masters and made from cider apples from Brittany, this pure juice cider lets out a subtle taste with fruitful touches and a refreshing touch of acidity.

Bottled@Antonia’s, Nice. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head, that disappears quite quickly. Aroma is tart, but sweey apples with some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is mild tart applejuice along with some mild yeasty notes.

Bottle. Darkish gold, white mousse hangs around. High bead. Aroma of sweet apples, flowers, distinct tartness. Taste is pretty much the same with the considerable sweetness nicely balanced by a little bite at the end. Brut? Not really. Decent.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear dark gold, with a loose cap of white foam. A whiff of leather combines with cane sugar and bittersweet apple on the nose. A mix of tart apple skin and lemon start it off, leading a smooth, medium-sweet and fruity body and a crisp finish. A refreshing medium-dry cider, and quite nice, if a little simplistic.

Corked bottle.
I think this is the correct cider... Anyhoo, Pours an average amber/orange with an aroma of apple and dry erase marker. Weird. Flavor is more of that dry erase marker with a subtle apple and dough finish. Average mouthfeel. Decent but the unusual flavor of marker distracts.

Corked bottle, 3% ABV, from a Nicolas shop, Paris
Deep blond color, no head. Generic aroma of fruit juices, light rotten apples. The mouthfeel is quite dry, not extreme; there is a light apple flavor and a very late astringency, that becomes even disturbing. Not interesting.
