COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
LA BOLEE DES KORRIGANS originates in Messac in the heart of historical Brittany, birthplace of all the legends. Elaborated by our cider-masters and made from cider apples from Brittany, this pure juice cider lets out a subtle taste with fruitful touches and a refreshing touch of acidity.

750ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours an orange golden colour, with some shortlived white bubbly fizz. Aroma of juicy apple with hints of oak, honey & funk. Taste is fruity apple, bittersweet with some woody oak vanilla and light funk. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied, high carbonation, dry lightly tannic finish. Refreshing, nicely drinkable.

A nice one for sure. With some red apples in the taste and aroma, a fine touch of lemon, a bit peaches and slight sweetness towards the end. Thumbs up.

Bottle from trade with Calisky - many thanks, Fred! The cider has got a clear deep orange-amber colour with a medium body. Aroma of red apples and leaves with sugar. Taste of ripe, red apples, older apples, leaves, honey and sugar. Finish of honey. Mild carbonation, sweet ending with a light dryness. Highly quaffable and enjoyable.

Bottle sample at Ryan’s, poured clearish gold with small amount of lacing and head. Aroma is sweet apple, rust, and butthole stank. Kind of weird...maybe infected, I’ll stick to the French Canada ice cidres.

Bardzo dobry cydr. Z apelacja chroniaca pochodzenie jako produkt regionalny. Czyli cydr z Bretanii. Wspanialy aromat dojrzalych jablek mocno odfermentowanego soku. Wrazenie smakowe jakby jakies stare odmiany jablek lub z lekko nawet zgnilych. Bardzo mi przypasowalo w smaku. Efekt musujacy jak w kazdym dobrym cydrze, fajna skromna etykieta i porzadnej jakosci korek szampanowy. Kolor ciemno pomaranczowo brazowawy. Z chwile stojaca piana. Pelne smaczne tresciwe i wytrawne w smaku.

Bottled@Antonia’s, Nice. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head, that disappears quite quickly. Aroma is tart, but sweey apples with some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is mild tart applejuice along with some mild yeasty notes.

Bottle. Bright and clear golden color, white coca-cola head. Aroma of over dried apple skins. Taste is apple skins, hint of lemon, dry finish. Decent.

Bottle. Darkish gold, white mousse hangs around. High bead. Aroma of sweet apples, flowers, distinct tartness. Taste is pretty much the same with the considerable sweetness nicely balanced by a little bite at the end. Brut? Not really. Decent.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear dark gold, with a loose cap of white foam. A whiff of leather combines with cane sugar and bittersweet apple on the nose. A mix of tart apple skin and lemon start it off, leading a smooth, medium-sweet and fruity body and a crisp finish. A refreshing medium-dry cider, and quite nice, if a little simplistic.
