Bottle, 75cl corked. A more or less clear, golden cider with some white bubble formation. Apples, mashed apples, hints of sulphur and autumn orchard on the nose. The flavor has mealy apples and just a tad acidic flavor. Medium body with a decent astringency. Not very challenging and easy drinkable. 090822

The color is warm golden and the aroma is like oven baked apples. They are found in the flavor too, and its dry and refreshing with a little apple sweetness. Nice.

Bottle, 5%. Sweet and citric aroma, hint of apple. Clear dark golden colour. Good sweet flavour, a little sweet apple note. Faint hint of apple core in the finish, balancing a tiny bit of the sweetness off. A bit on the sweet side for a brut, but very refreshing on a spring day.

750 ml bottle. Poured golden with a small wisp of a white head. Mild apple aroma with a touch of butter. Buttered apples dominate the flavor too. Just a hint of sweetness in this otherwise dry cider.
