el_caballo (101), Beverly Hills, California, USA May 13, 2008 Quite simply the worst and cheapest beer i have ever had. Metalic vomit with a hint of watered down beer. simply disgusting. There is a reason my frat used this for a specific purpose
grant (741), Martinez, California, USA Mar 13, 2007 Updated: May 4, 2007From a 12 ounce can. Lemon yellow, small amounts of thin, depressing head. Aroma of strong cabbage and soy sauce, no hops whatsoever. Some sweetish cornines mixed in too, but mostly the cabbage and soy sauce. Very thin, sharply metallic flavor, with a substantial amount of sourness. Quite putrid. rmussman (687), California, USA Mar 3, 2007 One of the worst brews i have had. Its so weak that its just digusting. There is no flavor, however it is incredibly cheap. I still would drink bud over this beer, so i highly dont recommend. rkuhnel (980), Eureka, California, USA Feb 26, 2007 I thought Cedar Mountain Lager Beer was about the worst I ever tasted until I ran into this. I found this on sale at Safeway for $3.79 for a case of 12 cans of 12 oz each. At this price you should not expect much. I got what I paid for. It poured a very light yellow with no head. Nose of fermented corn, and flavor of fermented corn soaked in cardboard with sugar added.. This is amazingly bad. Makes Budweiser taste like a craft beer. Avoid at any price. DYCSoccer17 (1996), Davis, California, USA Feb 19, 2007 Raating #1650. 12 ounce can. Single blind tasting with Pabst GD. Aroma is cidery, sweaty socks, with some light banana-like yeasty esters. Lots of boiled vegetables. Not very appealing aroma. Pale pale hazy greenish yellow body with small, listless white head that disappears in two shakes of a lamb’s tail. Holy shit, this is sour, cardboardy, earthy, dirty, watery. I think this has an infection. Christ, this is brutal. No wonder this was $3.39/12 pack. This is perhaps the worst beer I have ever drank.
