Sep 3, 2006 Updated: Jan 2, 2007Draught at 2nd Annual Festival of Iowa Beers. Use your imagination as far as what "WTF" stands for. The brewer described it as an unfiltered American wheat dry hopped with amarillo gold hops. The beer was a hazy yellow-brown color without any head. Smelled of flowery hops and pear. Interesting flavor with cereal grian, white bread, caramel, and fruity hop notes. Finished with some hop bitterness. Not bad.
