This mead pours a light honey gold color. No head. Aroma is cider, honey and paste. A medium to lighter bodied mead. Light and fruity. A touch herbal and floral, yet tastes strongly of clover honey. Hides the alcohol well. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. I was expecting it to be a little heavier. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

An herbal and honey aroma. A clear yellow appearance. It tastes not too far from honey mixed with water and vodka. Some off flavors exist in this one.

It smells like honey, as one might expect. Flavor includes, um, honey? Does that shock anyone? In addition, there are notes of whickey and rum, and a rather unpleasent note of that paste that fat kids used to eat in 2nd grade.

Enjoyed at NoogFest III. Thanks to Steven, it think. Pours very pale with hints of brown and yellow onion skin. The aroma is soapy, sweet, and floral with a definite hint of paste. A bit of floral and herby taste with a nice, but not overpowering sweetness. Slick body and mouth feel. Nothing to rave about but drinkable mead.

Pours a light honey color. Aroma is honey, and slightly sour. Flavor is honey, and envelope paste.
