750 ml bottle. Pours clear bright red and still. Smells like raspberry kool-aid, alcohol and a bit of floral honey. Flavors are about the same with lots of berry and honey sweetness and a light sourness. All of the flavors blend well together and make this very drinkable.

glass@ Cafe Amsterdam ANC. Unclear red/purple color. Nice tart berry fruit aromas with a whiff of honey. Tart raspberry fruit flavors balanced with a sweet honey finish. Alcohol was not really noticeable in the smell or flavor. Pretty decent sweet tart drink overall.

Strong fruit nose. Color is a clear raspberry red. Tastes of sweet raspberries and other sour fruits. Tart and alcoholic, the 12% shows through. Good semi-sweet mead.

large bouquet of sour fruit, not in a bad way, also somewhat floral. Appearance is somewhat glyceric, but wonderfully fruity on the palate, with an interesting balance of raspberry fruit and honey. Slightly tart in the finish.
