3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hard to go wrong with this fellow. Aroma is minimal however chocolate and vanilla start, going onto dough as it warms. Taste is also light, but nothing bad is happening, just not much in the way of flavour. Maybe a bigger bottle would be better as this is just a 25cl.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sweet malty aroma offers suggestions of plums, apples and dough with both sugary and herbal notes apparent. Clear amber-copper coloured body is topped by huge tan head that recedes to cover and laces beautifully. Plums, dough and caramel maltiness in the somewhat subdued flavour with apples in the aftertaste. Medium-full body feels a bit heavy and undercarbonated. Tulip glass. Allowed to warm from fridge temperature. Bottle (BB 28/10/06, Bièropholie, Jun-05).

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
25 cl Bottle. No yeast in bottom. Brown clear colour with a beige weak head. Malty aroma. Taste a littlebit of a brown ale, but have a very speciel aftertaste that I can’t figur out what it is, maybe wheat and honey? Not a beer after my taste.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Warm nutty amber color with a creamy beige head. Aroma is slight sweet and has nutty edges with touches of corn-flower and pancake doug. The taste is faint sourish and has small hints of bread-yeast. The body is light to medium, and in the taste you can notice a slight sourish accent in this dry nutty beer. In the finish, i have the impression of zuurdesembrood and hard baked crust of brown bread. It ends with a slight medicinale bitter accent.
