Bollte. Brown clear color with a beige weak head. Malty aroma. Taste a littlebit as a brown ale with some notes of fruit (apple).

An amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast, straw, and nuts. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, oranges, yeast, nuts, burnt caramel, leading to a quite hoppy dry end. The mouthfeel is very smooth, but the body in the thin side.

(Bottle 25 cl) Usually a Bock is a strong and heavy, dark bottom-fermented beer. But in the low countries things are different. This isn’t even pale, rather amber-coloured - decent although not exactly gigantic head. Some sweet caramel from the malts - but never cloying. Finishes on a dry, hoppy note. 150996

Bottled. Reddish brown colour with small beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts along with some slight yeast. Flavour is herbs, yeast and some sweet malts. Not very exciting.

Draught att Bull & Bear Inn, Stockholm, Sweden.
Reddish amber with creamy head. Toffee aroma. Mild and sweet, clean but rounded. Some burnt sugar in a velvetty finish.

Bottle. Clear amber coloured with a small off white head. Aroma of fruits and caramel. Flavour of malts, caramel, fruits and hops.

Hazy brown with a red hew & white head. Malty caramel & yeasty. Spicy slight sour mouthfeel. Nutty & earthy. OK, but a bit overcarbonated!

Hazy copper color. Aroma of sugars, maybe some caramel too. Quite dry mouthfeel, some caramel flavor, old, expired. Not interesting.

Bottle. Bready, papery aroma. Flavour is also papery. Not very interesting.

Bottle. Medium head with good duration. Brown colored. Tastes a bit like a brown ale.
