Oct 28, 2005 Keg - Unfiltered, Man Of Kent, Rochester. Hints of sourness. Some vanilla. Slightly dry. Some warm woody spice. Faint hints of chocolate in the background. Whiff of baby vomit, returning in the swallow. More character than Hoegaarden (which I drank immediately after), but lacking in passion.

Oct 15, 2005 Strong coriander spiciness mated with tart, creamy wheat in the aroma. Opaque yellow-straw coloured body with decent and lasting white head. Tart wheat flavour offers notes of vanilla with coriander emerging in the lightly bitter finish. Light-medium body with crisp, refreshing carbonation. Bottle sampled at Den Tatoverede Enke in Copenhagen.

Sep 21, 2005 Averaga white and diminishing head, the body is cloudy and the colour is light yellow. Hoppy aroma, herbs, koriander some orange and lemon. Rather thin, light sweet taste, little bit of an metallic palate, light dry astringent finish. I had better white’s.

Aug 25, 2005 Hazy straw colored with a nice aroma. Flavour is light and doesn’t quite live up to the aroma but it’s still solid and has a good wheatyness to it.
