Taste is a bit sour and rather sweet with wheat and distinctive notes of coriander, lemon and orange. Moderate carbonation and low to medium body. Itís very aromatic and refreshing beer.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale and hazy orange with very small white head. Aroma is excellent, like a well made perfume. Fruity wit yeast, orange, lemon and spice blends well together. Sweet and some sour mouth feel with medium carbonation. Short, dry, fruity and sweet aftertaste. Overall: One of the best wits i have had. Excellent aroma with a nice refreshing aftertaste that fits well with warm weather. The head isnt impressive.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Flavor of honey and spices, not so much about malt, color is pale yellow with tiny orange tone. Medium sweet, quite thick for Witbier, sour-sweet aftertaste. To me is not very interesting. Light lasing too.

Off the tap with Rock_Buffalo at Little Brussels in Canberra. Pours murky with a normal head. Sweet, light finish with faint country aromas. Easy to drink however nothing especially impressive or noteworthy.

Bottle at Cape Town Festival of Beer 2013. Pours murky white yellow lemon sorbet with light head. Citrus and lemon aroma. Medium sweetness, taste and probably a winner for the ladies. Not bad, not the best.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
(Bottle): Pours a murky pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma of orange peel, lemon zest, herbs, floral notes. Flavour is very citrus based, orange peel and lemon zest come through. Sweet malt background detected with a slightly weird herb and soapy finish. Not bad overall but wont seek it out again.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle: Tasted some time in the late 90ís or early 2000ís. Purchased at Roseville in Sydney. Still remember vividly to this day. Remember thinking that it was far better than Hoogaarden. Havenít been able to find it for year and then read about it in a blog last week.
Pale. Cloudy. Great head. Very fresh fine aromas. Citrus, spice, blossom and malt. Dry, slight sour edge and just perceivable bitterness. The palate was very long and fine. Drier than most wheat beers and much more refreshing. Layers of complexity.
This is the stuff of legend.
