Commercial Description:
Straw golden in color this euro-style pilsner has unsurpassed drinkability. Just enough pale malt to give off complex, floral, grainy notes supported by handfuls of authentic East European hops (even in the storage vessel) to bring a deep rooted bitterness to the palate. 5.5% alcohol.

This is probably the best of four beers available at Cellar Rats on a visit today. Light and golden in color and easy on the palate it is everything a sessionable pilsner should be. When they get around to bottling/canning hopefully this will be one of the first things on the market.

Aroma / Appearance - Golden and carbonated with a nice white head this is everything that a summer beer should be. The nose is simple and clean - a bit of hops but mostly crisp lemon. Flavorful but subtle it has potential.

Flavor / Palate - Easy on the palate with a light lemony kick this soon fades away. Leaving the palate refreshed without a hint of fatigue this is the perfect beer to drink on a hot day (or in my case a partly cloudy cool afternoon). The price is even right for a nanobrewery - $4.00 a pint.
