3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft sample. Poured clear black color with an average frothy light brown head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted and complex hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy toasted bitter flavor with a moderate to heavy bitter finish of medium to long duration. Very good brew that I would recommend to a freind.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sample at Red Brick as part of Ohio Brew Week. The beer is a brownish-black color with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, grassy hops and a bit of caramel. The finish is moderately bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
