[Tap] Pours a light yellow color with a distinct haze to it. Foamy white head recedes quickly. Aromas of grain, citrus notes and only mild hints of yeast/funk. Tart light fruits, green apple, grains and citrus zest in the taste. Mild Brett/Lactobacillus yeast character is pretty restrained. Dry and tart fruit finish. A tad thin, but otherwise a pretty good beer.

glennmastrange (2383) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - SEP 28, 2014
Tap. Moderate aromas of grain and hay for the malt, lemongrass for the hops, musty for the yeast, with a hint of cut green wood. Head is large fizzy, white with good lacing and is fully lasting. Color is sparkling slightly hazy light yellow. Flavor starts moderately acidic, then finishes moderately acidic and bitter, and abit sour. Palate is light, dry, with a lively carbonation and a dry finish. Dry, crisp, and refreshing. Nice Saison.

Awesome find on tap at the brewery a few weeks back. Was packed in there! Golden haze pour. Floral elements with straw hints and a brush of faint bretts and oak funk. Light fruits up front with earthy tones towards the back on the flavor. A steady but never overpowering brett funk. Yum!
