Bottle. A strong aroma of bread, very malty, light touch of bitter chocolate, a very nice smell. The normal large dark white creamy head has a normal duration. The body is dark red, nearly brown. The taste is quite bitter, very malty. The body is medium strong and creamy with a normal carbonation, A good Bock.

Bottle. Brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma is dried fruits , caramel. Flavour is sweet, hop, caramel, alcohol, dried fruits. Full body. Nice beer.

Bottle, from trade with Maria. It pours a clear, copper body under an off-white head. Some dried fruits on the nose, with caramel sweetness doing most of the work. Hints of dms pull down the score. Sweetish caramel flavor, slighlty vegetal, with roasted notes. Full-bodied, a bit papery. I can certainly live without dms in my beers, but at least here it’s not very disturbing. A nice beer I might rate too high. 091120

Amber and clear. Has an off-white head, mostly diminishing. Sweet aroma, notes of flour too. Flavor starts sweet and finish light bitter. Creamy texture.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours a clear, dark amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma of burned caramel and pumpernickel. Quite full-bodied, roasted malt and pumpernickel. Some alcohol in the finish. 240709

Clear amber with a medium off white head. Aroma had breadish and malty notes. Flavour was wweet with bread, caramel and grainy notes. Finished sweet.

Bottled flip-top (BB 12/2009). Copper-chestnut brown color, steady medium-sized white head. Aroma has bread, caramel and a bit odd grassy hops. Flavor is very grassy and bready malty. Sticky alcoholic finish. Dry. Long grassy, alcoholic aftertaste. Strange. Expected more from this one.

Bottled. Light amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Grassy and sweet aroma. Ryebread, light smoke, light spice in the flavour. A bit thin bodied. Sweetish and fruity end with a roasty touch.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes bread and caramel. The flavor is sweet is sweet with notes of bread, caramel, and fruit, leading to a bready finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Light roasted and dry breadish aroma. Breadish, slight sweet and roasted malt flavoured. Sweet and roasted malt flavoured finish.
