0,5l Flasche. Helles naturtrübes Bier. Schmeckt etwas grasig, danach wird es schnell bitter. Viel zu flach!

Bottle. A light sweet smell of malt and cookies, light sour. The foamy white head is medium large and has a normal duration, the body is pale yellow and clear. A light bitter taste, the finish is a little bit metallic. The body is light to medium strong, creamy and later dry with a normal carbonation.

muffel (130) - Lower Saxony, GERMANY - JUN 20, 2011
Bottle 500ml. Pours a cloudy pale golden color with big white head that disappears quickly. Mild hopsy, some fruits (reminds of some Weizen), sweet malts. Mild to average carbonation. Rather low bitterness. Surprisingly good.

FatPhil (9271) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 3, 2010
500ml bottle (OPP, Helsinki. German Weeks 2009)
Pale, almost clear, only a tiny whisp of yeast or sediment. Tanned leather and almost a musty aroma, but very mild, maybe a touch of tobacco too. Crisp carbonation, thin palate. Simple thin body. Some hops but they’re only noticable as the malt’s so thin. A bit dusty. Amazed this walked away with 2.6.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is butter, some bready malts, herbs and mild freshly cut wood. Flavour is also rather buttery as well as caramelly and bready malts. Wellbalanced, but the not sure the butteryenss should be there...

(Bottle at OPP German weeks ’09) Poured pale yellow and hazy with medium sized and white head. Aroma was mildly hoppy and bit fruity. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Tasted of malts, fruitiness, hops, grass, sweetness and bitterness. Grassy and bitter aftertaste.

Maria (10136) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2009
It’s hazy golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of butter and malt. The flavor is slightly sweet with notes of malt, straw, quit a lot of butter and the finish has a dry bitterness.

Bottled (BB 11/2009). Slightly hazy color, good white head. Grassy hoppy nose. Sweet malty backbone, woody-grassy hop bitterness. Quite harsh-bitter finish. Something between helles and pils/kellerbier.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, citrus acidic, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081210]

MiP (13573) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2008
Draught next to the brewery. Weakly sour and slightly buttery aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Nice big stable white head. The flavour is slightly tart, perhaps from an unclean tap. Otherwise, the beer is OK tasting. Malty and a bit sweet. Low bitterness.
